Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laura Osland Books. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

We accept returns within 3 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product was damaged in shipping. Take a picture within 24 hours of delivery and send it to Carousel Publishing along with a copy of your receipt or packing slip.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at info@lauraoslandauthor.com to discuss the exchange process.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including digital downloads or gift cards.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
